You confirm the information you give your Agent is true. A profile built on false information will be removed, and the registration fee is not refundable in that case.
Your account is personal — do not share your login or let anyone else operate your profile.
Conduct
Treat other members with respect, in requests and in chat. Harassment, abuse, or misuse of contact details revealed to you will lead to removal.
Contact details unlocked through a match are for matrimonial conversation between the two families — not for marketing, sharing, or any other purpose.
Use Report or Block on any profile or conversation that troubles you; our team reviews every report.
Fees
Registration costs ₹1,499 and your membership is valid for 1 year (365 days) from activation. It is collected only after your Agent has verified you in person. Payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway (PayU).
The fee is paid to Saunjdya through its secure online payment gateway — your agent assists with registration but does not personally receive the fee. Keep the payment/transaction reference shown after checkout.
You may deactivate or permanently delete your profile at any time from Settings.
When you and a match confirm each other as soulmates, both profiles close and leave the active platform — that's the happy ending we're here for.
We may deactivate profiles that break these terms, on review by our team.
Platform content & intellectual property
The सौंजड़्या (Saunjdya) name, design and platform belong to Saunjdya. The information in your profile remains yours — by registering you allow Saunjdya to display it within the platform, under the visibility rules of our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of matrimonial discovery.
Do not copy, scrape or reuse other members' information or platform content outside the platform.
Changes to the service or these terms
Saunjdya may improve or change platform features, and may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to saunjdya@gmail.com first — most issues are resolved fastest this way. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and nothing in them limits rights you have under applicable law.
