Saunjdya verifies members in person at registration and keeps your identity sealed until a match is mutual — but your own caution is always the strongest protection. Please follow these simple rules.

Protect your account

• Never share your OTP or password with anyone — not with another member, and not with anyone claiming to be from Saunjdya. We will never ask for them.
• Log out on shared devices. (Sessions on Saunjdya also expire automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.)

Protect your money

• Never send money to another member — not for an emergency, a ticket, a gift, customs, or any other story. No genuine match needs your money. This is the single most common matrimonial fraud.
• Never share bank details, card numbers or UPI PINs with anyone you met online.
• The only payment Saunjdya ever collects is the ₹1,499 registration fee, through its secure online payment gateway at registration — never by personal transfer.

Verify independently

• Treat profile information as a starting point. Verify the person's identity, family, education and job through your own conversations and family channels before taking any serious step.
• Prefer a video call before a meeting; be cautious of anyone who always avoids showing their face.

Meet safely

• First meetings are best in a public place, with family members involved — as is our tradition in matrimonial matters.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going and with whom.

Watch for warning signs

• Requests for money or financial details, however small or well-explained.
• Inconsistent stories, pressure to move fast, or refusal to meet or video-call.
• Requests to move the conversation off the platform immediately.

Report it

• Use the Report or Block options on any profile or conversation that troubles you — our team reviews every report.
• You can also write to saunjdya@gmail.com. For financial fraud, also report to your bank and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in / helpline 1930).
